I have created this Exercise Execution video library to help you learn correct exercise execution so you can maximise your training, avoid injury, and progress faster towards your fitness goals! I hope it will make your life easier and boosts your confidence when training.

How should you split up your workouts?
Ideally you would be able to get 4 Weight Training sessions in per week, using your other 3 days to rest and focus on steps. There are 2 Full Body sessions in both Beginner and Int/Adv sections. Each is designed to be performed twice per week.
